Weeks 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate

Purpose: Testosterone Enanthate is the base of most bulking cycles. It increases muscle size, strength, and enhances recovery. For intermediate users, 400-500 mg/week is a common dosage to promote significant muscle gains while minimizing side effects.

Weeks 1-10: Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate)

Dosage: 300-400 mg per week (Inject once per week)
Purpose: Deca-Durabolin is an excellent bulking compound that promotes lean muscle gains, enhances joint health, and increases strength. It works synergistically with testosterone, providing slow, steady mass gains throughout the cycle.

Weeks 1-6: Dianabol (Optional Oral Kickstart)

Dosage: 30-40 mg per day
Purpose: Dianabol is used in the first 4-6 weeks to provide a “kickstart” to the cycle, delivering rapid muscle mass and strength gains while the longer-acting injectables (Testosterone and Deca) begin to take effect.
