Q1 How will the order be delivered?

A1 To provide utmost professional services and timely delivery of all our products, we employ the services of United States Postal service (USPS), a trusted name on which you can easily bank upon.

Q2 How are the orders packaged?

A2 We take great care in packing all the customer orders. To make sure all the orders are processed properly, we usually conceal the consignments in factory-sealed packets with strict hygiene standards.

Q3 Can delivery address be changed after the order has been placed?

A3 Yes. If the order has not been processed or dispatched yet, you can change/alter your shipping address and we will ship your parcel to your new address.

Q4 Can I cancel the order after the payment has been made?

A4 No. You will not be able to cancel your order once the payment has been made and received in our account.

Q5 How can I cancel my order?

A5 If you want to cancel your respective order, just send a mail request to us. Alternatively, you can also inform us about order cancellation with all your details through telephone. However, if the order has already been delivered or charged, we cannot cancel it.

Q6 How to know current status of the order?

A6 You can check the current status of the order by logging into your account with correct username and password details.

Q7 How do I get to know if the order has been dispatched?

A7 You will receive email confirmation of the order along with tracking information. Just visit our user-friendly website, login to your account and keep a close track of your order.

Q8 Can I opt for cash on delivery (COD) payment method?

A8 No. As we don’t offer cash on delivery payment alternative, you cannot choose cash on delivery payment mode. However, we do process credit card/debit card payment, internet banking and PayPal as well.

Q9 Are your online monetary transactions safe and secure?

A9 Yes. We always ensure that all our online monetary transactions are complete safe and secure without any loopholes. As we lay great emphasis on security, all our online transactions are safe and customer personal information not compromised at all.

Q10 What about privacy and confidentiality?

Q11 How do I place an order?

1: Search for the medication you need.
2: Click on the ‘Buy’ button for your desired medication.
3: Click on ‘Continue Checkout’ to purchase your medication or repeat steps 1 & 2 to add another medication to your order.
4: Create your account and follow the easy steps to complete your order.

Q12 How to Buy Bitcoin?

Coinbase lets you buy bitcoins (BTC) instantly with a credit card or debit card. Here are step-by-step instructions to help make the buying process easier for you.

1. Create an Account on www.coinbase.com
First select “Get Started” on the top Right of Coinbase.com
Then fill in your info at the signup form and select “Create Account”.
Once you create an account, confirm your personal details and login. You may be asked to upload a scan of your ID. Once you’ve logged in, continue to the next step.

2. Navigate to account settings
Navigate to the top right corner and click on your name. There should be a drop-down menu where you can click “Settings”. Then click “Payment Methods”
Click on “Add Payment Method” in the right corner.

3. Click “Credit/Debit Card”

4. Enter your Credit/Debit Card Information
Note that Coinbase only accepts Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards at this time.

5. Verify your identity
After signing in, go to the Document Verification page. Choose the type of Identity Document you’d like to upload (Drivers License or State Issued ID). Select to upload via Mobile Camera (mobile) or File Upload (computer).

6. Buy Bitcoins!
Go to the buy page. Enter the amount you want to buy, and click “Buy Bitcoin Instantly”. Your coins will then be delivered to your Coinbase wallet!

Q12 How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders are processed as soon as we receive your payment. Receipt of your payment may take longer depending on which payment method you have selected.

Bitcoin payments are by far the quickest. If you have paid by bitcoin you can expect your order to be shipped the same day or next day.

Q13 What if the package is damaged or is not complete?

In such cases, you shall inform us as soon as possible. Our customer service team is always there to solve your queries. Once we get the product back, your money will be returned to you.

We try to keep our prices as low as we can without harming service and quality, simply by reducing costs where possible, low margins, small staff, batch shipping, more returning customers and no physical distribution center.
